Every month, I give away a curated Rest Kit (valued at ~$150) to one lucky person on my list. No purchase necessary, ever. Here are the official giveaway rules.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

PROMOTION PERIOD(S)

Each monthly sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on the first (1st) day of the applicable calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of that same calendar month ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted outside the applicable Promotion Period will not be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER + ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

Standard entry (no purchase necessary): During the Promotion Period, visit the official entry page and submit your first name, last name, and email address. Limit one (1) standard entry per person per Promotion Period.

Bonus entries (optional): Entrants may earn up to three (3) additional bonus entries per Promotion Period by completing any of the following optional actions, each worth one (1) bonus entry: (a) referring a friend who submits a valid entry; (b) following Sponsor on Facebook; or (c) following Sponsor on Instagram. Bonus entries are entirely optional and are not required to enter or to win. No purchase is necessary.

Alternate method of entry (AMOE): To enter without completing any online action, send a handwritten card with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to: Morgan Greenwood LLC, 3123 Traviston Drive, Franklin, TN, 37064, Attn: Monthly Giveaway. One (1) AMOE entry will be awarded per envelope received. AMOE entries must be postmarked by 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the applicable Promotion Period and received no later than the fourth (4th) business day of the subsequent month, so that all eligible entries may be included in the drawing. All entrants — regardless of entry method — have an equal chance of winning.

PRIZE

One (1) winner per Promotion Period will receive a curated Rest Kit with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $150.00 USD. Actual value may vary based on market conditions. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any. All other costs and expenses not expressly stated herein are the winner's sole responsibility.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.

WINNER SELECTION + NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected on or about the fifth (5th) business day of the month immediately following the close of each Promotion Period, from among all eligible entries received, by a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated agent. Random selection is the sole criterion for winning. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or fails to respond within that period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt of prize is conditioned on compliance with these Official Rules.

PUBLICITY, LIABILITY & GENERAL CONDITIONS

Publicity release: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, and general location for promotional and advertising purposes in any medium without further compensation or permission.

Limitation of liability: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its members, managers, officers, agents, and successors from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in this promotion or from the receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or delayed entries; technical failures of any kind; or any injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.

Void where prohibited: This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

PRIVACY + DATA HANDLING

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion (including name and email address) will be used to administer the promotion, contact potential winners, and deliver prize(s). Entry also constitutes opt-in to receive email communications from Sponsor. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
