Does this sound like you?
Good news! I work to help people with these same struggles every day.
Hello! I'm Morgan Greenwood. I'm a Yoga Alliance-registered RYT® 200 and RCYT® (children's yoga) and certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction facilitator. I'm also a mom to a teen daughter and tween son, and a longtime educator with 20 years of teaching experience. I love to help overwhelmed moms of tweens and teens find deep relief from stress and tension—so they can reconnect with themselves and their families from a place of calm.
When I’m not teaching, you'll likely find me hanging out with my husband and our not-so-little kids, hiking with friends, enjoying Nashville’s live music scene, diving into a good book or a bowl of chips and guacamole, or even better BOTH at the same time.

A better mind-body experience for moms of t(w)eens starts here
I’ve taken everything I’ve learned from motherhood and the unique bodies, hopes, and mindsets of my yoga and meditation students and woven it all into a gentle, go-at-your-own pace online program, STILL Me. The goal? To change the mind-body care experience for the better - for you.
Imagine...
A Real Thoughtful Path for Real Busy Life
You could feel calmer in your body and clearer in your mind—without needing to escape your life to get there...
A Gentle, Feel-Good Approach
You had a way to release stress that actually works—something you look forward to, not just one more thing to check off...
A Path that Focus on You...
You felt steady, centered, and strong enough to meet whatever the day throws at you—with less reactivity and more ease...
...and Acknowledges your Role as Mother
You and your t(w)een could move through this tender season with each other, real and well…
I built STILL Me for these exact hopes.

A Note from Morgan
I began creating STILL Me when my daughter turned nine. I did this because things were getting hectic at home and I knew that path forward would only get better—for me and my family—if I was consistently good to myself.
Firstly, I wanted to offer moms what most of us were never taught: a care-package for the mental, physical, and emotional impact of motherhood. This would include tools for nervous system care, emotional regulation, and self-compassion that are simple, science-backed, and actually doable inside the life you’re already living as a mom.
Then, I wanted to package it all in a way that focused not on new wellness trends that all seem to focus on outward appearance, but on simple, centuries-old practices that focus on our internal landscape—the shape of our hearts and minds.
Ultimately, I wanted to present a simple, gentle, effective path for deep reconnection to self first, and then family.
I knew I wasn’t the only mom quietly burning out while trying to hold it all together. I had all the skills—decades of experience teaching, practicing, and guiding others in yoga, breathwork, and emotional regulation—but I had never had a tween daughter until now. This was a new level of messy, beautiful challenge. So I packaged everything I knew in a just-so way—just for moms of t(w)eens.
What students say...

Morgan brings such beautiful energy to class, making it an incredibly enjoyable experience!

What's Inside STILL Me

week 1: ST+I— Space, Time & Inquiring
You and I are here together on this page because something feels disconnected for you.
When we feel far from something we want to be close to, the answer isn’t to rush forward or try harder. It’s to pause and get our bearings.
Before change is possible, we need to stop and get clarity on three things: where we are, where we want to go, and what information and tools we’re actually working with. That’s what this first step is about.
Inside my program, STILL Me, we use tools like The 6‑Day Nesting Series, Body Wisdom Basics, and gentle inquiry through movement and breath—not to fix anything, but to help you come home to yourself with clarity and compassion.
This phase helps you reconnect with yourself by creating intentional space and time to notice what’s really happening—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This first week is the difference between “I just want to feel better” and “I understand what’s going on in my body and mind—and I know how to start moving in the right direction.”
You leave this step feeling more oriented, more grounded, and less at the mercy of guesswork—because you know where you are, and you know where you’re headed.

week 2: l— listening
After we slow down to make space and get reacquainted with our bodies and our breath, Week 2 teaches us what to do with that space: we listen.
Here, you’ll begin the life-changing practice of creating a mindful pause—noticing the moment between stimulus and response, and learning to get compassionately curious there.
You’ll learn the neurophysiology of Creating a Pause and kick-off your mini-mindfulness rituals such as Sense Fitness—a gentle approach to reconnecting with your senses to build soft, focused attention on your present moment. To our stories.
This is the week we shift from becoming aware of mind-body tension to understanding what it’s trying to tell us. In STILL Me, we don’t practice run of the mill listening, we learn compassionate, urgency-free listening, which is a skill you can return to for life for yourself and your family.
Week 2 is the difference between reacting on autopilot—snapping, shutting down, or spiraling—and starting to choose responses that feel aligned instead of automatic.

week 3: l— loving response
Week 3 invites you to take the most radical step of all: responding to what you hear with kindness.
This is the week is all about compassion—toward your own body, your own patterns, and the parts of you still learning.
You’ll begin showing up for yourself with the same tenderness you offer others. And in doing so, you’ll model something powerful for your child: That taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s steadying. It’s strength.
You’ll discover what lies beneath your Personal Storytelling and The Soft Eyes Method, a transformative lesson where you’ll uncover the often-untrue and unkind narratives your brain fills in during stressful moments—and learn how to replace them with more honest, helpful, and compassionate ones.
You’ll take part in an empirically-validated self-discovery exercise designed to help you recognize and celebrate the best of who you already are. This isn’t about who you think you should be—it’s about honoring the qualities that have been strong and steady in you all along.
And you’ll discover how to stay grounded when someone you love (like your child) is feeling big feelings—without getting swept away. We’ll show you how to co-regulate, not carry in How to Help a Tween Through a Come-Apart.
Week 3 is the difference between getting swept up in everything around you—and learning to root yourself in compassionate care, no matter the weather.

week 4: ME— personalization + integration
In Week 4, you'll take everything you’ve learned—every breath, every cue, every moment of clarity—and shape it into something that fits your actual life because real transformation doesn’t stick unless it becomes yours.
You’ll design your own STILL Me 15-, 30-, and 60-minute Rituals—personalized combinations of breathwork, movement, and mindfulness that work for your body, your energy, and your calendar.
You’ll explore The 7 Tween Beliefs—the messages your tween or teen is likely absorbing (and possibly still living inside you) that impact their body and mind. You’ll reflect, rewrite, and gently begin to shift these beliefs in a way that supports both of you.
Your nervous system will have been learning alongside you—and by now, it’s ready for rhythm. By Week 4, you’ve gathered the tools. You’ve practiced the pause. Now you create your way forward—one that’s flexible, forgiving, and truly your own. This is how sustainability begins
Week 4 is the difference between feeling lost and feeling at home in yourself, with a path forward that’s personal, doable, and clear.
You’ll leave STILL Me with something that’s yours. A practice you trust. A reset that doesn’t require perfection or planning—just presence.
You also leave more deeply connected to your child, because the work you’ve done here? It ripples. In your home. In your conversations. In how you handle the hard days together.

Got questions? I've got answers!
Get answers to our most-asked questions here.
Absolutely! Still Me assumes students are brand new to yoga. All mindful movement sessions offer a gentle pace and generous level of guidance, making them beneficial for all body types and levels of experience.
Then you are in good company! Seated meditation can be uncomfortable for some and painful for others. For this reason, we do things a little differently in Still Me. We practice active 10-minute meditations, which are just as effective and often more accessible than seated meditation.
STILL Me was created for students with limited free time in mind. Flexibility is woven into the program. For example, each movement session comes with time duration options (ex., 15 or 20 minutes) so you can choose what works best for you. Each lesson is on-demand, so you can view them any time.
On average, time-spend in STILL Me is 30 minutes a day. It's worth noting that the first few days do include orientation and other helpful off-the-mat sessions that result in a longer time-spend Days 1-3. After that, you settle into a flexible rhythm of 30 minutes (or less) per day.
Nope! Just a soft, non-slip surface (or yoga mat), a tennis or lacrosse ball (trust me on this one), and a quiet-as-possible space.
I’m told that I cannot legally say “forever” or “always” or any other Bon Jovi-esque song title when discussing how long you will have access to STILL Me, so here is the gist: you will have access to the program’s content for as long as STILL Me is live and offered...or until I go down in a blaze of glory. And, should the course ever be removed from the interwebs, I will email you the video files.
Absolutely. While STILL Me was specifically designed with moms of tweens and teens (ages 8–12) in mind, the core practices inside—like nervous system regulation, body-based stress relief, and compassionate communication—support moms at any stage of the parenting journey.
You’ll also find tools that help you reconnect with yourself first, which is essential whether your daughter is just entering the preteen years or already navigating full-blown adolescence.
That said, a few activities (like The 7 Tween Beliefs Framework) are especially powerful for moms navigating the emotional complexity of the tween stage. If you're on either side of that age range, you'll still find plenty of insight—and probably a few “oh wow, that’s us” moments too.
Yes. The mind-body practices inside STILL Me will support your nervous system whether you are raising sons, daughters, or both. (That’s me!)
I reference daughters a lot in STILL Me because I have been building it as my daughter has gone through tween and teendom, so there is some content specific to girls, for example, the Puberty Primer.
My son is 10 (and I am grew up in a family of three daughters, several female English bulldogs, and even a female turtle (hey dad!)), so I am still learning about what this experience is like for him and us. So far, I’m confident that most all lessons, even (and importantly!) the 7 Tween Beliefs lesson is applicable to boys as well. I plan to expand STILL Me as I gather more direct experience in raising a t(w)een boy.
Please remember this program, this reset, is mainly about you—your body, your mind, etc.
It might be surprising to hear, but lately, 8 in 10 practitioners are practicing yoga at home using online or streamed services. The main reasons why students enjoy doing yoga at home include convenience, cost, and privacy. The bottom line is, any program or tool that keeps you coming back to your mat—regardless of format— is GREAT for your practice.
I offer a 5-day Try-and-See Money-Back Guarantee. I created STILL Me to offer real, lasting relief—not more pressure. So, if you show up to Week 1, view three videos, and you feel like STILL Me simply isn’t the right fit for you, just send me a quick email within your first five days of enrollment, and I’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.
My favorite question! Click any of the green buttons on this page to enroll.

5-day Money-back Guarantee:
I created STILL Me to offer real, lasting relief—not more pressure. That’s why I offer a 5-day “Try It and See” Money-Back Guarantee.
If you show up, watch at least three of the Week 1 lessons, and realize that STILL Me isn’t the right fit for you, just send me an email within your first 5 days of enrollment—and I’ll refund your purchase.
No hard feelings.
